REFUNDS
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. Our goal is 100% satisfaction! We'd love to hear what's going on. If we're really just not the right fit for your palate we'll be happy to refund your purchase in full, within the first 30 days of purchase.
Once approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically reimbursed on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives, and let us know ASAP if anything is missing, damaged, or defective. We hand pack every box with care, and trust that our shipping partners are careful as well, but sometimes things do go wrong.
